CONCEPT CONSTRUCTION LLC started in 2020 with two friends both successful in their own trades - Ben, a remodel contractor and Paul, an expert tile layer - collaborated on a kitchen remodel together. After a couple more turn key projects together, they decided to join forces and Concept Construction was established in 2021. Both committed to providing quality, integrity and value to every project, they strive to exceed clients expectations - from concept to completion and all the details in between. Adding years of experience and trades, they’ve built a crew that allows them to offer whole house remodeling including home additions and other home maintenance services.

MEET THE CREW

  • Ben Cesaretti

    Co-Owner

    Ben started his career in business and construction management with sales experience in the industry. He spent several years in Logistics before he decided to use his experience and focus on his true passion, remodeling. He was renovating restaurants and residential bathrooms then met Paul and knew they could take it to the next level together.

  • Paul Aguirre

    Co-Owner

    With several years of experience in the Union, Paul is our expert Tile Setter. He’s ASBI Certified Grouting Technician and CTI and has completed various projects across the Chicagoland area before joining forces with Ben in 2020.

  • Manny

    Unexpectedly and unfortunate for all of us, our time with Manny was cut too short. Manny was the first crew member to join Concept Construction with an unmatched work ethic and passion to learn so we could be the best. Above all, he brought a contagious laughter and calmness to our sometimes chaotic days in the beginning. He is deeply missed and we try our best to honor him in all of the projects we do in our communities, for our families and his. Donate to Manny’s family here.

  • We service DuPage, Kane, Will, and Cook county.

  • Yes, we carry general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and commercial auto insurance.

    Insurance certificates provided upon request.

  • Our goal is to meet for a consult either the same day or within 72 hours pending geographic location. Written estimates are provided for all work. Estimates can be scheduled Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pm 

  • Ben and/or Paul along with other team members depending on the project.

  • Generally we hold prices for 30 days.

  • Yes, we provide a turn key construction process which includes providing all labor and materials required to complete a job. Accessories are not included.

  • Unfortunately, no. Our team of subcontractors have been trained on our process and maintain strict criteria specified by our insurance carriers.

  • There may be days where workers are not on site pending material deliveries or scheduling conflicts. We do however take this into account when projecting our schedules. We will keep you informed on who will be onsite and when.

  • Yes, Change orders can be facilitated at any time during construction but may result in additional cost and delays.
